As the title suggest, this is going to be a D. Bry deck. Standard Ring Psycho set up due to the nature of his ability. Works pretty well but it goes back to the basics by using the 1st reversal style. Shall we begin?? YES! YES! YES!

Just to be make it simpler, here's the ability of Daniel Bryan and why it syncs extremely well with Ring Psychologies:
Revolution DANIEL BRYAN
Starting Hand Size: 7 Superstar Value: 4
Superstar Ability: At the end of Pre-match, choose a card in your Ring with "Ring Psychology" in the title and "Target" in the text: replace "Assault", "Hold", or "Throw" with "non-Unique Maneuver", and that card is Permanent.
And here's the text of Ring Psychology: Back. Also take note that opponent just has to attempt to play (not successfully played) in order to trigger its effect.
Revolution Ring Psychology: Back
Pre-match: Event
If you have 5 or more Target “back” in your Ring and your opponent plays a Hold: he puts 2 random cards from his hand on the bottom of his Arsenal.
Therefore, with Daniel Bryan's ability, it would now read as:
Revolution Ring Psychology: Back
Pre-match: Event
If you have 5 or more Target “back” in your Ring and your opponent plays a NON-UNIQUE MANEUVER: he puts 2 random cards from his hand on the bottom of his Arsenal.
Pre-match: Drop all 6 pre-matches (Man of 1k Moves allows + 2 each) in order. This would grant you 3 additional cards to search for. For the 2 Man of 1k Holds, use 1 to search for Desperate Hold (target: back), and depending on what your opponent plays, either Arm Bar (reverse throw) or Quick Submission (reverse extreme). Use Tribute To The Troops to search for Inverse Atomic Drop (If you are lack of maneuvers) or Body Slam (If you think opponent plays assaults). By the first turn of the game, you will already have 2 target:back in your ring (1 from Wrestling Specialist, 1 from Tribute To The Troops) and would only need 3 more for your RP: Back to activate.
In Game: I usually hit Desperate Hold early in the game. If it get reversed, I will send it to my RS for late game use. But if its successful, I not only gain 6F, but also also another Back. From there, just throw maneuvers until you hit 5 target:backs and seat back while they self-mill their hand. Ring Psychology: Throw is there just in case you are lacking of hand. Always remember to use the effects of Flying Headbutt Drop and Bryan's Buzzsaw Kick. For your reference, here's the texts:
Revolution Flying Headbutt Drop
Trademark: Mean: Follow-up: Maneuver
Overturn 1 card and your opponent discards 1 card.
During your turn when this card is in your Ringside, you may draw up to 1 card: put this card on the bottom of your Arsenal.
F: 8 D: 12 Unique chest/head
Revolution Bryan's Buzzsaw Kick
Trademark: Mean
Discard 1 card and your opponent overturns 1 card.
During your turn when this card is in your Ringside, you may allow him to draw 1 card: put this card into your hand.
F: 14 D: 10 Unique head/neck
The reason why I chose to use the 1st reversal style (F:0 hybrids) is due to the targets that I can get in my ring for free if I use them as reversals. That way, I can activate my ring psychologies faster. The reason for the lack of colossals in the deck is largely based on my own thinking, similar to mono-type decks. If I focus more on 1 type or tier, the lesser resistance I have from my opponent as the game progresses.
Final thoughts: Daniel Bryan is extremely versatile with his ability, and you can come up with numerous play styles. I have yet to fully understand his tech and why Right On Target is of any use (Right on target was mentioned in the pre-match). If you find out why, do leave a comment for everyone to learn from!
Till then, happy YES-volution!
