Pardon the incredibly lame title. In general, Follow-up is definitely Kofi Kingston’s kinda thing. As of this writing, there are only 2 categories of Follow-ups: Assault+Hold+Throw and Extremes. So as a bonus as well as an early Christmas gift, you will receive not 1, but 2 deck lists for Kofi Kingston! Of cause there can be alternate builds to Kofi, but here are 2 that I feel are the most common. Used the Extreme version to pick up 2 wins in tourney as well!
Do take note that there is actually no difference in the deck at all other than the choice of maneuvers. Here's the ability for your reference:
KOFI KINGSTON
Starting Hand Size: 7 Superstar Value: 2
Superstar Ability: Once during each of your turns, when playing a non-Unique Follow-up maneuver, you may discard 1 card to ignore the Follow-up. When discarding a non-maneuver: the played maneuver is blank for the rest of this turn. When discarding a maneuver and you have lower Fortitude: the played maneuver cannot be reversed by D: 0 reversals from hand or Backlash.

Kofi Kingston / 2nd Reversal Style / Extreme:Follow-ups
Backlash (12)
Pre-match (6)
<R> Daniel Bryan Is In The Corner* – will explain more below on why I picked Daniel Bryan
<R> Too Extreme For Your Own Good*
<R> Climbing The Ladder* - to pump up hand for continuous influx of maneuvers to play and discard
<R> Your Destiny Is Mine*
<R> McMahon Family Values – If you somehow have higher SSV, use this instead of Climbing The Ladder
<R> 4ever: No Mercy – Back-up Pre-match if you know your opponent is prone to reversing your Means
Mid-match (6)
<R> Body Lock – Chose the Hold version as it increases the chance of my Scissors Hold going through
<R> Slow The Match Down To A Crawl
<R> Keep Your Eyes Open Or It’s Game Over
<R> I Can Do Anything I Want x 2 – Important card in the deck as it will help Kofi to go below opponent’t Fort to activate his ability
<R> Talk Is Cheap
Arsenal (60)
Maneuver (30)
<R> Snap Bulldog x 2 – Since my ability gets bonus if i discard maneuvers, my 0Fs are all retrievable from ringside
<R> Elbow Smash x 2
<R> Scissors Hold x 3
<R> Desperate Assault
<R> *Flying Tope x 4
<R> *Flying Clothesline x 3
<R> *Flying Neck Breaker x 4
<R> *Asai Moonsault x 5 – If i had enough cards, the best idea would be to go full Flying Tope, so that you have the best chance of staying below Fort, and also exhaust all the Chest reversals that your opponent might have
<R> Two-Handed Chop
<R> Flying Headbutt Drop
<R> Boom Drop
<R> The S.O.S.
<R> Bryan’s Buzzsaw Kick – The reason why I chose D. Bry In The Corner. Able to keep reusing it for my ability and putting back into my hand with the card effect.

Or replace the * with following

.
<R> Working On The Knee (leg) x 2
<R> Half Crab (leg) x 3
<R> Inverted Jackhammer (head) x 3
<R> Arm Grapevine (arm) x 4
<R> Sidewalk Slam (back) x 4
The reason for this quantity lies in the target. Defense cards are grouped in Head and Leg, Arm and Back, Chest and Neck. Therefore, the above build would give you a variety to choose from, while being able to focus enough on the reversals that your opponent do not have. Since you have Climbing The Ladder, an occasional Momentum trait for your 5F8D follow-ups are good too!
Antics (2)
<R> I Hear Them Shoutin’
<R> King Of Boom
Reversals (28)
<R> Second Solution x 3
<R> Outmaneuver x 2
<R> Try To Get Away x 2
<R> I Won’t Be Beat Tonight x 2 – Strong card to stay behind opponent’s Fort
<R> You Telegraphed It
<R> Inertia
<R> Why Don’t You Kiss My Ass x 2
<R> Two Foe The Show
<R> Head-To-Toe Defense x 3
<R> Lateral Flank Defense x 3
<R> Centered Defense x 3
<R> Only One Solution x 2
<R> Air Kofi
<R> Sooner Or Later, Everybody Taps
<R> Jumping High Knee
<R> Trouble In Paradise
Overall, the tactic is simple. Get any of the 0Fs in your ringside and keep re-using them until they stick. Once you have 4F, you can easily get the rest of your reversals through with the help of your ability. When choosing cards to put back to your hand, always check if you have Bryan’s Buzzsaw Kick. It will determine if you should pick a maneuver (to discard for ability), or reversal if you have enough maneuvers in your hand already. Pretty straight forward deck.
Alternate builds to think about includes running Colossal Follow-ups instead. If so, you would want to pack his Mid-match Antic which reduces the Fort of his next maneuver equals to half of the damage. It is also possible to run stale-ish decks when you play Ring Psychology: Chest and run a ton of Flying Kicks.
